Razr I, Motorola’s First Intel Smartphone

Motorola Mobility not to be outdone by their rivals for the second time in the same month, vendors from the U.S released the latest smartphone.

It is Motorola’s first smartphone that uses Intel processors. Razr i basically have the same specs as the Droid Razr M, which launched the week before for Verizon Wireless, the processors are different.

Quoted from Cnet, Wednesday (19/09/2012), this smartphone will be thrown into the European and Latin American markets. Razr i be one of the few smartphones that use Intel Atom processors.

It also proves, Intel began to show his intentions in the mobile phone arena. Intel itself has been criticized by its chips are too power hungry and inefficient when used for smartphones.

Partnering with Motorola, Orange, Lenovo and ZTE, Intel attempted to take some ‘pie’ in the mobile market.

Once referred, Razr i have the same specs as the  Razr M brings 4.3-inch screen, 8 megapixel camera and comes with Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

Some time ago, Motorola launched three Android smartphones at once, namely Razr M, Razr Maxx HD and Razr HD. Specifications Razr Maxx HD and the Razr HD is actually almost the same. Both use Android Ice Cream Sandwich, but Motorola promises to upgrade to Jelly Bean. The screen is also the same size, the size of 4.7 inch.
